1. Punjabi School Principal and Operational Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and capable Punjabi School Principal and Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Gurdwara while also coordinating our Saturday Punjabi School program. This is a unique community leadership role combining administration, operations, and educational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Punjabi School Principal:

• Lead and manage Saturday Punjabi School under leadership of Education Director

• Coordinate teachers, students, and parents

• Maintain enrolments, attendance, and structure

• Support curriculum delivery and student engagement

• Ensure child safety and a positive learning environment

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily Gurdwara operations and facilities

• Manage administration, staff, and volunteers

• Ensure compliance, governance, and reporting

• Support budgeting, procurement, and grants

• Coordinate religious and community events

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Punjabi language education or school coordination

• Clear fluency in English and Punjabi – experienced in communicating with all internal and external stakeholders of the Gurudwara Sahib.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills

Essential Requirements

• Must maintain Sikhi Swaroop

• Strong understanding of Punjabi language. Sikh values, Maryada, and traditions

• Commitment to community service and cultural preservation
